We do not sell your personal information. Encounter recordings are transmitted only to your designated legal team and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or at your explicit direction.

Data Security

Celense employs industry-standard and beyond-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All encounter recordings are cryptographically signed at the hardware level using a hardware security module (HSM) before transmission
  • Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256
  • Access to evidence data is restricted to your designated legal team
  • We conduct regular security assessments of our infrastructure
  • We maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected users of any data breach as required by law

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
