For Drivers

Peace of mind on every road, at every stop.

You shouldn’t need to be a lawyer to survive a traffic stop. One monthly subscription gives you the device, the platform, and a legal team that is with you the moment you need them.

What you get with Celense

Free In-Car Device

The Celense device ships to you included in your subscription. Mount it once. It protects you on every drive after that.

Real-Time Attorney Access

Your assigned attorney receives a live alert and encrypted video stream the moment a stop begins. They are with you before the officer reaches your window.

Constitutional Rights Guidance

The inward screen walks you through your Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights in plain language — in your language. You never have to remember what to say.

Tamper-Proof Evidence

Every second of every stop is cryptographically signed and stored. Your evidence is immutable, timestamped, and ready for your attorney before you get home.

De-Escalating Communication

The outward screen speaks to the officer using attorney-reviewed, legally vetted language designed to de-escalate — protecting both of you.

Traffic Stop Legal Defense

If a stop leads to a citation, arrest, or charges, your Celense subscription connects you with the legal representation you need — no scrambling for a lawyer.

“What should I say when I get pulled over?”

It is a question 50 million Americans face every year. The answer depends on your state, the situation, and your rights — and most people do not know any of them in the moment.

Celense answers that question for you — automatically, legally, and before you have to say a word.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Celense device actually do during a traffic stop?

The moment the device detects a law enforcement encounter, it activates automatically. The outward-facing screen communicates attorney-reviewed, de-escalating language to the officer. The inward screen guides you through your constitutional rights. Everything is recorded and streamed to your legal team in real time.

Does the device replace a lawyer?

No. Celense connects you to a licensed attorney — it does not replace one. Celense is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The device and platform ensure your attorney has the evidence and context to represent you effectively.

How much does it cost?

Celense operates on a monthly subscription model. The in-car device is included at no additional hardware cost. Pricing tiers will be announced at launch. Join the waitlist to be notified first.

How does the device know a traffic stop is happening?

The device uses onboard sensors and AI-assisted detection to identify law enforcement encounters. Detection typically occurs within seconds of flashing lights or a vehicle stop scenario.

Is the recording admissible in court?

The Celense device uses a hardware security module (HSM) to cryptographically sign every recording with a tamper-evident timestamp. This creates a verifiable chain of custody that supports admissibility. Your attorney will advise on the specifics for your jurisdiction.

What languages does the rights guidance support?

English and Spanish are supported at launch, with additional languages planned. If you need a specific language, let us know when you join the waitlist.
