About Celense

In-car rights defense.
For every American driver.

Celense was founded in 2026 on a simple premise: the American legal system is extraordinary, but it is not equally accessible. We are changing that — one traffic stop at a time.

Our mission

Every year, 50 million Americans are pulled over by law enforcement. The majority do not know their constitutional rights. The majority cannot afford a lawyer. And the overwhelming majority are on their own.

Celense exists to close that gap. We combine in-car legal defense hardware, a real-time legal marketplace, and subscription insurance into a single system — so that every driver, regardless of income, language, or experience, has professional legal protection the moment they see flashing lights.

This is not a product for people who think they might get in trouble. It is infrastructure for people who understand that in America, your rights are only as strong as your ability to assert them.

Our principles

These are not aspirational values. They are the operational logic behind every product decision we make.

Proactive Acquisition

We reach drivers before they need us — not after. Our subscription model ensures that when a stop happens, defense is already in place. Waiting until an incident occurs is too late.

Collective Risk Pooling

By pooling risk across thousands of subscribers, we make professional legal representation economically viable for every driver — not just those who can afford a $10,000 retainer.

Defense Equality

A driver's ability to defend their rights should not depend on their zip code, income, or ethnicity. Celense is a system built to deliver equal legal protection at scale.

Freedom as Core Value

We believe in the constitutional rights of every American. Our work is not political. It is foundational. The Fourth and Fifth Amendments protect everyone — and Celense makes that protection practical.

Join us in making legal protection universal.

Drivers, law firms, investors — we are building something important. Let's talk.
